2.1 These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders and agreements concluded via our webshop between RAEN Outside and consumers.
2.2 By placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions.
2.3 Deviations are only valid if agreed with us in writing.
3.1 The products on the website are displayed and described as accurately as possible.
3.2 All images are indicative; the final product may differ slightly from these (consider colour deviations due to screen settings).
3.3 Customised or personalised products cannot be returned.
4.1 All prices are in euros and include VAT.
4.2 Shipping and any assembly costs are listed separately in the order summary.
4.3 Payment shall be made in advance via iDEAL, bank transfer or other available payment methods.
5.1 RAEN delivers as standard within the Netherlands and Belgium.
5.2 The average delivery time is 6 to 8 weeks, unless otherwise agreed.
5.3 Delayed delivery does not entitle to compensation.
5.4 Once the product is delivered, the risk passes to the buyer.
6.1 As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason.
6.2 You have another 14 days after cancellation to return the product.
6.3 The product must be returned unused, undamaged and in original packaging.
6.4 Upon correct return, you will receive a full refund of the order amount within 14 days.
6.5 Return costs shall be borne by the customer.
6.6 Customised products are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
7.1 The following warranty conditions apply to our products:
5 years on construction
5 years on coating (expiring)
2 years on electrical components, hoses and taps
7.2 Warranty applies under normal use and maintenance, and lapses in case of:
Damage due to improper use or installation
Damage due to frost, extreme weather conditions or water quality
Self-inflicted changes to the product
8.1 RAEN Outside shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damage.
8.2 The maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
9.1 Complaints can be reported via info@raenoutside.nl. We aim to respond within 5 working days.
9.2 Should we not come to an agreement together, you can turn to the European ODR platform for online dispute resolution: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
9.3 All agreements shall be governed by Dutch law.
