Return policy RAEN Outside

At RAEN Outside B.V. we strive for satisfied customers. Still not satisfied with your order? Then you can return it under certain conditions.

1. Right of withdrawal (consumers)

You have the right to cancel your order until 14 days after receipt cancel without giving any reason, provided:

• the unopened package is,

• the product unused and undamaged is.

After notification, you still have 14 days to return the product.

2. Exceptions

Returns will not be accepted if:

• The original seal or packaging has been opened or damaged

• The product has been used or assembled

• It involves customisation (e.g. a custom colour)

3. Return procedure

1. Report your return via retour@raenoutside.nl
   Please state: name, order number and reason for return

2. Send the product to:

3. Shipping costs for returns are at your own expense.
   Unstamped returns will not be accepted.

4. Refund

In case of a valid return, you will receive within 14 days of receiving the product:

• the full purchase price including original shipping costs

• refund via the same payment method
